Ooooh Essie’s newest collection for Summer 2016 is delicious! I love every single shade, with the exception of the white Coconut Cove. Opaque chalky whites are just not my jam, but I’m sure many will love it! The best part of this collection – the black shade! They’re all so juicy and colour rich, and there is a shade for everyone here! I love the hot pink Berried Treasures as well but somehow managed to delete my swatch pics – oops.

Viva Anitgua! is a gorgeous sparkling and shimmery turqoise. A lovely turquoise crelly with turquoise shimmer throughout. It’s shown here with two coats of colour on nails with one coat of Essie First Base on the base and topped with Gel Setter. Love! Wearability is excellent, and it was chip and wear free for several days.

Can we talk about Loot The Booty? This is one of my favourite metallic blues! A rich shimmery sapphire blue, I know it will get a lot of mileage this summer. Adore it and think it would be a sexy pedi shade as well. I loved it next to Viva Antigua so much I had to do an accent nail! There is a blue shimmer throughout but also a purple shimmer, in the right light. Magic!

Essie Hiking Heels is a gorgeous orange-coral red shade that sort of reminds me of Nails Inc Victoria Beckham Judo Red, which I adore. Love a good bright red for summer and Hiking Heels is perfect!

Ok can we talk about Tribal Text-Style? Such an awesome summer shade! I still like black in the summer, especially with a nice tan (spray tan, of course!). Add some gorgeous silver jewellery to pick up the flecks of silver glitter in the polish and you’re all set. Gorgeousness!
