I knew I’d love Vichy NeoVadiol Magistral Elixir, simply because Vichy NeoVadiol Magistral cream has become an essential part of my moisturizing emergency kit this winter. This winter has been never ending, and it’s taking a toll on my skin. When the central heating is going strong, it sucks out every last drop of moisture we have.
